The following airlines currently offer services to/from Owen Roberts International Airport, Grand Cayman. Some operate on a seasonal basis, discontinuing service in the slower summer months (destinations served are in parentheses):

Some airlines are self-handled and others are represented by Station Managers while being handled by local airlines or agents. Delta and Northwest Airlines are handled by Air Agencies Ltd., American Airlines is self-handled and Cayman Airways handles all other carriers.

FBO and Private Charters

Fixed Base Operator (FBO) and private charter handling services are provided by Island Air Ltd. In addition, Air Agencies and Cayman Airways also provide handling services for general aviation aircraft.
